Delivery & Returns

While our courier will provide an estimated delivery time, please note that there may be instances where factors beyond their control, such as weather events, traffic hazards etc which can affect the delivery timeline. We will strive to keep you informed about any delays and work with our couriers to minimize any inconveniences caused. We meticulously package our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but things may move around during delivery. In the unfortunate event that any items are damaged during transit, please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to address the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.

Monday to Friday Delivery Options:

​

  • Standard Post: (free over $120) all standard deliveries are safely posted through reputable couriers. Standard timeframes are 1-5 business days. Depending on how close to a major city you are will largely determine delivery timeframes, major cities typically being 1-3 business days.

  • Express Post: (free over $150) standard timeframes are 1-2 business days. Depending on how close to a major city you are will largely determine delivery timeframes, major cities typically being 1-3 business days.

  • Choose a Date Delivery: We also can coordinate with our couriers to deliver on a specific day that is requested. The delivery timeframes for the deliveries are typically in the afternoon, but in some instances, they may arrive earlier in the day. As noted above, only in exceptional circumstances there may be delays but we will endeavour to keep you informed if this ever occurs. Typically for choose a date deliveries we will need at least 2 business days' notice, but feel free to call us if you are within that timeframe and we will see what we can do.

Monday to Sunday Delivery Options:

​

  • Same Day/Next Day/Weekend Delivery: At SGH we are happy to offer same-day delivery (Monday to Sunday) across Sydney for orders submitted prior to 1pm, some orders after 1pm may be accepted for same-day. If an order for 'same day' is placed after this time, the delivery will be made the next day.​​

  • Free Pickup: If selected you will be able to pick up your hamper any day of the week (including weekends, for free!!). Just select this delivery option and we will message you with the time that your order will be available for pickup on your date selected.​
