Sydney Gift Hampers follows Australia's Privacy Laws requirements. If you have not provided your name on the message card, we cannot tell the recipient who you are without your permission. We do not ship an invoice with our hampers, so your billing details are never revealed to the recipient. Please note that in instances where the delivery has been reported to the police, Australian law may require us to disclose the sender. We do not support or allow intimidation, stalking, or harassment by use of our services.

While we use only the most reliable couriers available, their delivery timeframes may be impacted by unexpected events. In 99% of cases, this is never an issue, but if anything goes wrong, we will do everything we can to make it right. As a small business, we rely on good experiences for every customer and want to offer the best service we can. We've been on the other side of bad deliveries before, so we understand. We will try to help or remedy the situation as much as we can.
If the Same Day/Weekend delivery is not available for your location at checkout, it is because no same day Sydney courier services delivery that far from the city unfortunately. Some alternative options:
You can opt to deliver the item to you or a closer location to the city;
You can select free pickup and yourself, uber, or a friend can pick up the order for free same day (even on weekends!); or
Choose express delivery for urgent delivery (within 1-2 business days).
