We offer the following delivery options:

When checking out, the system will ask you for the delivery address - the delivery options at checkout will be what is available for that address for couriers in Sydney.

• Standard Delivery, free over $130, Australia wide, Mon-Fri
 • Express Delivery, free over $150, Australia wide, Mon-Fri
 • Choose a Date Delivery, need 48 hours' notice, Greater Sydney, Mon-Fri
 • Same Day Delivery, order by 9am, Greater Sydney, Mon-Sun
 • Next Day Delivery, orders after 9am, Greater  Sydney, Mon-Sun
 • Free Pickup, ready within the hour, Sydney East, Mon-Sun

Can I send a gift anonymously?

Sydney Gift Hampers follows Australia's Privacy Laws requirements. If you have not provided your name on the message card, we cannot tell the recipient who you are without your permission. We do not ship an invoice with our hampers, so your billing details are never revealed to the recipient. Please note that in instances where the delivery has been reported to the police, Australian law may require us to disclose the sender. We do not support or allow intimidation, stalking, or harassment by use of our services.

We deliver Australia wide with standard and express delivery! For Same day/Next Day/Weekend delivery, these couriers service metro Sydney.

You can see what courier options are available when you reach checkout depending on how far they are from the CBD. Our system scans all major couriers, so if an option isn't there your best bet is the order express delivery for delivery within 2 business days. Or you can select free pickup and pick it up as late as 10pm same day, 7 days a week.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Yes, you can schedule a delivery for a specific date by selecting 'choose a delivery date' as your delivery options during checkout. While we use only the most reliable couriers available, their delivery timeframes may be impacted by unexpected events. In 99% of cases, this is never an issue, but if anything goes wrong, we will do everything we can to make it right. As a small business, we rely on good experiences for every customer and want to offer the best service we can. We've been on the other side of bad deliveries before, so we understand. We will try to help or remedy the situation as much as we can.

Yes, Sydney Gift Hampers offers same day, next day, and weekend delivery for it's Gift Hampers. When placing an order select weekend delivery and note in the delivery instructions which day you would like the gift hamper delivered.

I can't see Same Day/Weekend Delivery at checkout?

Accepted Answer

If the Same Day/Weekend delivery is not available for your location at checkout, it is because no same day Sydney courier services delivery that far from the city unfortunately. Some alternative options:
1. You can opt to deliver the item to you or a closer location to the city;
2. You can select free pickup and yourself, uber, or a friend can pick up the order for free same day (even on weekends!); or
3. Choose express delivery for urgent delivery (within 1-2 business days).
